Saw a spike at 3:15. Wind was brutal. Spinning in all 360 degrees of the compass. At 5pm 4 big does stepped out and all immediately began to start throwing their noses in the air and got real nervous. They knew I was there but couldn’t locate me. 1 doe went right back in the woods and the others were about to bust out of there. I picked one out and smashed her. 1st deer of the year. She weighed 85lbs.
