Bucks should still be rutting pretty hard, so rattle, grunt and have a doe bleat handy. I don't like deer scents, but if you have confidence in them, have some hot doe urine with you, too.
The key will be to find a concentration of does and the bucks won't be far away. Does will be on harvested ag fields, corn specifically, so if you can find some public land abutting a corn field or other preferred deer food ag field, you have found a hot spot.
The biggest bucks killed up there generally come from the week leading up to and the week after Nov. 6. You should be hitting it just right.
