I'm pretty familiar with it from chasing hogs. The places I have seen deer recently have been influenced by the presence of people so it will be a crap shoot. I hunted the river side of the power line yesterday with no luck and acorns were scarce. I'm thinking about trying above the creek where the gas line is cutoff by the creek, saw some white oaks back there that were dropping a few weeks ago.
