Was it a whole uncleaned tree rat It sure was. I'd just been wrapping them in a Walmart bag and stacking them in the freezer. Took one out, left in it the bag and in to the microwave it went. Won't do that again. Two minutes max. Wow... All this time I was thinking, "Why would a nicely cleaned and skinned piece of meat stink so bad?" Now I know the whole story. I've always had this false impression that you were a smart guy...
