The Facebook post around the area was so in love with the little buck for the last couple of years. Showing so much love and support for protection, his health and wellbeing that nobody never understood what danger they were keeping in the neighborhood. Pet animals are not human and hormones rule their lives, especially when not confined. They were lucky that somebody wasn't killed. There were several people I know that were very protective of the cute little deer that came to visit them through out the last couple of years to get treats and petted. They never thought he would attack anyone, but he did, the community was lucky he chose the man he attacked. A child, woman or even a smaller man could have died or worse multiple lives lost or crippled for life, over a wild animal that wasn't suppose to be treated as a domestic animal and live in the wild.
