Wife gets me Green Mountain Dark Magic. This is a passable low acid roast. Interesting take on that coffee... We used to have that at the office in Birmingham and that was always the one coffee that would give me acid stomach.

Joes medium roast is a pretty good coffee. I try dif bags I find at TJ max’s. Usually 6-7.99 a bag.

Used to be Starbucks until Backwards Cowboy and his wife introduced me to their house coffee at Diamond J Bar L . Lucky Goat is my new favorite. Mountain Goat , Tropical Vanilla, Snowflake Crunch, Southern Pecan among their other flavors. Great coffee.

I think of flavored coffee like I think of flavored whiskey... Same. I’ve tried but I can’t stand any of them. My favorite is Charleston Coffee Roasters breakfast blend.

I use those charcoal pods these days and has made my coffee much better. I’m assuming water quality plays a part.
I used to drink community and no drink tactisquatch. It’s stout but has a good flavor. I drank 3 cups one morning and it took me awhile to calm down 😂

My son used to get me fresh coffee grown from a small coffee farm in the mountains of Honduras just outside of LaLopez. I’m not sure of the name because I can’t pronounce it. But man it is the richest and smoothest coffee I have ever tasted. It was very different than any folders or Maxwell house sold here. But he has moved back to the states now and no longer do I get the Honduran coffee. I’m not complaining though because having him and his wife home has brought us an entirely new level of peace lol.

But as I've got older, I get coffee belly ache if I drink too much. Anyone else experience this? I get this too, if I use more than two cups I get nauseous. It’s not as bad if I eat first but the chances of me eating before I have coffee is about zero How’s the blackout coffee? I’ve heard is good but never tried it.

If I drink a fair amount of coffee about 1 to 2 hours later a nausea feeling comes over me. After 15 min its gone. Food definitely stops it

A friend of mine is married to a Panamanian lady. He brings back loads of coffees for us when they make a trip to see her family. I got one called Duran Cafe Puro Extrafino from his last run. Good, strong coffee that’ll put lead in your pencil. Not too acidic.
