I’m thinking the new 3D printed internals and additive mfg processes are leaps and bounds beyond any of the best welded baffle designs ever devised in the past. I think we’re also about to se some cans with 1/3 or even 1/2 the volume delivering the same performance as much larger suppressors, and some other versions metering better than anything in the past. There’s a few right now. I ordered my rhino x and it’s a k can but rated at 136 decibels the rhino s is even quieter and a hair bigger. Then I saw even quieter cans in the exigent series and a few similar. They’re inconel and or inconel/titanium and 3D printed In was leaning towards the Dillon 5.56 but it was twice the rhinos price. It also allowed gasses to escape from all around the cab if I understood it correctly. Very quiet but only way to manufacture it was 3D Things are changing fast right now.

Not so long ago internal welds were breaking and allowing the can to be destroyed via baffle strikes. It's been a while and surely they've figured the issue out but still worthy of attention.

Will do, I wasn’t aware of that. Thansk for the heads up!

Things are changing fast. Been seeing a suppressor that cool to the touch after a mag dump. It’s air cooled with ports. The back area, blast chamber of the can still gets hot but cools towards the front end of the can. It just came out and on back order. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1FpE1q8xLp/?mibextid=wwXIfr

So far so good on mine, it’s the b&t tiger .22. With subs this thing is a blast, all you hear is the firing pin and whatever you hit.
