Go to www.imgbox.com
Click Upload Images

Select the image(s) you want to upload (On a PC, I save the pics to my desktop so that they are easy to find when ready to upload. On a phone, they will be in whatever folder your pics are normally saved in; varies by OS)

1---In the Select Content Type block, click Family Safe Content (unless you are posted content not safe for family viewing)
2---In the Thumbnail block, select whatever size pic you want to upload (I used 500x500 pixel resized for these pics)
3---Click Start Upload

Copy the URL in the BB-Code block (click and it should turn blue, then right click and copy or press CTRL+C), then paste into your post here (right click in the reply box and click paste or press CTRL+V)
