So. Let me ask a serious question. If you pull up and see this happening, what do you do? I'd like to think I'd join the fray and handle the guy with lead. The question is, if I do that, what legal trouble am I in? You could just "drive away', and accidently bump him!

Red jacket got slept. Far as "helping the police" not sure if I'd want to. Remember police can key a mic and the calvary comes why would you want to be within sight of people responding to trouble? If you had a truck AR or shotgun and could engage from distance that might be the best course of action.
