Don't know how many here like oysters on the half shell, But I got a message from my favorite shucking house Tuesday. The Apalachicola bay oysters are back. After 5 years of rebuilding the beds because of a hurricane that wiped them out. Drove down Wednesday am(473 miles) and had a few dozens. DAMN GOOD AND LARGE, been waiting for the beds to reopen and get away from the LA,TX oysters. Another 473 miles to home today, but I"M CRAZY enough to do it. THEY'S ARE MORE BETTER ! for those who don't know where Apalachicola is, it's about 1 1/2 hrs east of PanamaCity

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Going to be a pretty limited harvest to start with; I expect they will demand a premium price. 1/1/26-2/28, limited access

I wouldn't walk out on my back porch for a nasty oyster, much less drive down the road 473 miles....Yuck! I do like em fried hard though, lol!

What's the price on a dozen raw? Vs a dozen raw regular oysters? Shuckums has the best! We went to hunts this last beach trip, i was not impressed at all. Got 2 dozen baked. Wish I had gone to Shuckum's instead. My grandmother's cousin. Don't know if he still does or not, but he owned it at 1 point in time. I imagine he still does.

All that sewage flowing downstream from Atlanta must be the key!!!! Beat me to it. Don't care a whole lot for eating anything that filters shite from the water.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
