I’ve watched all the different videos and I think the shooter is in trouble. I think it was justified but in that city under those circumstances the local DA will certainly press charges given the political climate in Minneapolis. Remember this where the George Floyd riots took place. I’m sure the shooter’s name will be released soon if it hasn’t already and his life is going to be a shit storm for the foreseeable future. Supremacy Clause will allow it to be moved out of the state court system and into federal court if it is tried. State courts are where you normally run into problems in Dem controlled states.
