We played that same game with biohazardous medical waste disposal as well!! It must be expensive. A now-defunct clinic from Andalusia back in 05-06 got busted for dumping that stuff in the Conecuh Nat Forest. I found the giant pile of it on a routine survey and reported it. Rangers came out and took over from there. Not sure how it ended, but I think that clinic owner got a massive fine and maybe some jail time.
