I don't think that would apply to you or I or any of the other members here who actually do that. I think it is straight up referring to big corporations like Vanguard, Blackrock, etc. snagging up properties for rentals all over the country. I was thinking more about the money men in the operations. I reckon some individuals flip houses but i would think the majority of it is being done as a business, by wealthy people, who hire others to do the work. I have several customers who are the guys who do the work. They all have money men or inverstors, whatever ypu want to say. Reckon itll shut that down? It might on the scale that has been being done, but I am sure there will a lot of road blocks in getting that whole deal changed.
