Reading on another forum that the dead lesbo was leading protesters all day staying ahead of HSI and blocking them. So, it would appear that there may have been interaction between her and HSI prior to the situation that got her killed.

Compare this to the Ashli Babbitt shooting. Then tell me how it should turn out for the officer involved. I believe the DOJ will ultimately make the final decision, as it did in the Ashli Babbitt shooting. Here is that decision: District of Columbia | Department of Justice Closes Investigation into the Death of Ashli Babbitt | United States Department of Justice https://share.google/EQy2N7Ein0zChFImk^^^this^^^ But, I believe state and local govs will be hell bent to bring charges. I will be very surprised if it is not referred to a grand jury in that city.

Just showed a video on Waters World that showed the car did hit the cop after he shot . Hit him Pretty good too I saw that also, as well as the bullet hole in the windshield and the blood splatter on the front of the headrest. Those two items proves the officer was in danger of being ran over.

Definitely FAFO. Not going to second guess the agent. When you have a vehicle(weapon) coming at you it’s a split second to make a decision that impacts you and the leos around you. His training kicked in and he stopped the threat. Must have been a hell of an adrenaline dump when it was over.

that video didn't look like a good shoot to me. He should have shot a tire or something, not her. Noem says this same cop was drug by a car sometime earlier who tried to run over him. That might help him a little. There were alot of people there harrassing the cops. Thats part of what caused this. If the lady would have followed instructions, she would be alive right now. Theres plenty of blame to pass around on this. Nobody did the right thing.

I think she ran over his foot before he shot but while he was drawing his pistol

Im not taking sides. If she had followed instructions, she would be alive. But i think the cop should have handled it different. But, if he has really been in that situation before and got drug down the road, maybe that caused him to act in a little too extreme manor? Like i said, nobody did the right thing. I would have put my car in park and put my hands up. I would have went home alive. Groups of people gathering to harrass cops tryingto do a job should be illegal. Thats not free speech, its inciting a riot.

Yes, that was a very poor decision on her part that cost her her life. The cop also made a poor decision and took a life unneccesarily.
