I agree with you on almost everything. However without all the information and videos of before the incident we can see, I don’t see how you say he made a bad decision. Respectfully disagree.

The woman had been there protesting all day. Blocking ice vehicles. Causing trouble. She was definately breaking the law. Imagine that was your son or daughter driving that car and not a POS democrap protestor. Would it have been a poor decision then?. And i know she bumped him with her car. If i was on the jury, i wouldnt convict him. I wouldnt even repremand him in any way, if i was his boss. He did his job. But there wadnt just one option tbere and he took the most extreme option available. Put your kid in the car driving and see if your feelings change any. Yes, shewas breaking the law. Yes she should have been punished, but not by death. Hey, its just my opinion. Everybody has one. I figure there will be more of this. Its 100% the democraps fault for harrassing and assaulting cops as if its ok to do that. And theyre so stupid, theyll double down. More people will likely die. Might aught to just send them all an extra large bottle of tylenol and let them do it to themselves. Theyre the stupidest bunch of people on the planet.

Apparently other witnesses confirm and the video evidence we have not seen show her aggravating and agitating officers for an extended period of time before she got shot. Apparently she was trying to get the officers to do something violent towards her before the shooting.

Looked like FAFO to me. SUV headed my way that close? I'm looking down a barrel. And I don't need to know what she was doing earlier in the day. But from what some say.........it helps.

I ask you to think about it from another perspective. If that agent was your son or daughter and someone was trying to run them over, would you want them to come home safe or go to their funeral and say they tried their best to do the right thing and didn’t shoot…

I do not know the complete circumstances. And I hate liberals.

That being said, it used to be that the motivated stance regarding 3 letter agencies and jack booted Feds amongst Libertarian-type folk was active hostile resistance.

I realize this woman was likely blue-hair nose ring scum. That being said, I’m not sure I feel “wide open hell yeah” regarding the federal government coming in and possibly instigating a fatal interaction.

This Lady's death will not go in vain, there will be some good come out of it. Because of her others will not die. Because after watching what she did they will know what not to do.

Mr. Joey, have you ever heard of tunnel vision? It’s a real thing. In certain situations, tunnel vision kicks in and you see, hear and only know that one situation at hand. I’d just about bet everything that when that agent was impacted by that vehicle, tunnel vision set in and the only thing he knew to do at that time was to follow his training. We are trained to make it home at all cost. We’re trained to terminate the threat against us or anyone else around us. We’re not testing shoot tires. We do not fire warning shots. Only to eliminate the threat. Being hit by a 4000lb weapon is a very serious threat. I’ve had tunnel vision only twice so far in my 25yrs. I thank my Savior every day that the situation didn’t escalate to deadly force but both times is a blurr. I do remember being totally exhausted after the fact. I do agree the situation is bad for everyone involved. A person is dead and a person has to live with taking that person’s life. Just sucks all the way around.

Stay at your damn house and if a police officer tells you to get out of the vehicle then you get out of your vehicle. This lady was a pawn, used by the groups that stoke this shit up in numerous ways but mostly on social media sites. The people running these groups use other idiots to do their dirty work. They don’t give a shit about this lady or any other protester. They wanted and are glad this happened. They are evil people and sometimes there is only one way to deal with evil people.

Yup. They pay these people to go start protesting and to stir shit up knowing that eventually one of them will get killed by an overworked and irritated officer. Then they can get the big protests started up.

Can federal agents be charged and tried by a state? If so, he will be convicted, regardless of the facts. That’s where we are in this country.

You can’t shoot through the windshield, directly over the steering wheel, unless you’re directly in front of the vehicle which would mean you’re in danger of being run over. Means the first shot taken was fully warranted. Training and policy say to eliminate the threat. He should get off. When he does, there will be massive riots and I hope when it does, they burn that craphole city to the ground. Biden and the demtards are no longer in control. Trumps not gonna pay to rebuild it for them.

Im sure previously being hit and drug down the road played a big part in the mental aspect of it. I would like to know if he shot the person the first time. I doubt it or they would have told that. The underlying issue here is people harrassing and assaulting cops trying to do their job. That going to lead to more of this type of thing happening. Its getting out of hand and something needs to be done about it. If you assault a cop, youre taking a risk.

Why can’t people just act right?
I wasn’t in the agents shoes so I can’t say, but the lady dam sure could have avoided all of this. It’s a sad deal.
