When the Left downplays the threat that we know they will let's put them in front of the same model SUV and hit them at the same speed. Sounds reasonable for prosecution to face the same danger as defense. While I'm at it peoples attorney has as much time to prepare against you as they like pretty much and never face the same danger that you've faced how would Dave fix that? Easy you take an exact copy of what you used in the event and put that front sight on them and get that trigger slack out. Knowing that 4 lbs of pressure will send a shark lawyer to Davy Jones locker make questions a bit easier. How's it legal? Equal protection clause in the Constitution. If People aren't willing to face the same as Defendant that would be the Peoples problem.

They tried to stop her, told her to stop and get out of the car, I guarantee, and she decided to leave the scene, driving at an officer and she was shot.
These officers are on high alert. They face threats of violence and doxxing and everything else. I would hate to be doing that job, and then have someone try to arm chair quarterback what I was doing.

To be honest it looks like she got off the gas in an effort to not hit him.
Shooter is probably toast unless there is some big back story of her actually aiming for officers prior to this.

Reading on another forum that the dead lesbo was leading protesters all day staying ahead of HSI and blocking them. So, it would appear that there may have been interaction between her and HSI prior to the situation that got her killed.
