I think the whole development of new home construction needs to stop. There is a group that bought some acreage off Westervelt, and they are selling 20 acre mini farms. Lot price is $349K. All they did was cut in dirt roads, survey, and get water and power. The foresterr I met out at my lease the other day says they won't sell their acreage for less than $6K an acre.

It's insane. Of course there are 2 80 acre mini farms for sale on the way out there too. Both developed by Highpoint, they wanted $800K.
