Looks like first shot through the windshield was warranted as he was in front of the vehicle and in imminent danger. The two follow-ups through the driver side window after he’s on the side of the vehicle, probably not so much. That will be where he gets in trouble. Training kicked in. Fire until the threat is neutralized. As said above, I’d hate to be on the jury.
