Did she hit the vehicle prior to the video starting? And then try to flee when she was told to exit the vehicle Never hit a vehicle; the early "ramming" narrative apparently was untrue. Seems like she was blocking a HSI vehicle.

Looks like first shot through the windshield was warranted as he was in front of the vehicle and in imminent danger. The two follow-ups through the driver side window after he’s on the side of the vehicle, probably not so much.
