Denmark has said it is not interested in selling. Its not up to Denmark. The residents of Greenland can vote to leave the protection of Denmark and either become an independent country or join another country. Its in their constitution. And exactly how much security could Denmark really provide? The Cajun Navy to defeat them with just pirogues and a couple of air boats.
