Who do you think are the blowhards?
Well... I'm one of them.
Point is... Most everyone you read or listen to on the internet, from Candice Owens to kids on Reddit living in their parents basement to folks on here, all are 100% sure they know more than they really do, but they aren't afraid to share it with other people all over the internet. You and I included.
Because of the democratization of the dissemination of information, anyone with a smart phone and a connection can post shit on the internet for other people to read. And unfortunately that's where most people get their information now. Those same people will criticize you or I for reading and learning something from a book that an accomplished author took years and years to research and write. I'm not saying that all books are 100% truth, but the people who wrote them actually researched the subject matter for more than a few minute internet search.
The internet has made us both smarter and dumber if that is even possible, and I know it is making all out attention spans shorter, which means we no longer have the patience to really study anything in depth.
