How long does it typically take your processors to call you & tell you your deer is ready for pick-up? I’ve got one that has been at the processor for a month.

Early season, not that long. But as the season goes on, maybe a couple of weeks depending on what is being made.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Anything over 2 weeks is way too long. Some dry age a week. Some don’t. I have one processor that will turn around in 2-4 days, other is 10.

Pretty quick at 4-6 days for the 2 I killed in December. January & February it could be 2 weeks because they get busy.

Depends on what you order. Smoked sausage takes a little longer at my processor

I had taken a spike to a processor bout 3 years ago, it took 6 weeks to get that deer back....
When I went to pick up my meat i had 2 HUGE brown paper grocery sacks FULL to the top with meat...
No way that was my deer 🤣😂

No specialty cuts, just ground with beef fat added, cube steak, & your standard cuts. This is a well known processor in the area, and this is the second deer I have taken them with the same result. Thinking this will be the last & it’s time to find a new processor.

…not to be that guy, but have you tried calling to make sure it’s not actually ready.
