I’ve hunted with Rick a couple times, he’s a good guy and we had good hunts both times.

Just to add a place of reference. Murphee Valley near Oneonta is good. Kenan Pierce is his name. (256) 615-5343

Quick update on my hunt at Piney Creek. It was a Christmas present for my son and my dad went with us - we had a great time all things considered. It was warm that day which made it tougher on the dogs but they still did a good job overall. The owner and the guide were both super nice and did a solid job. It was your typical "preserve" quail hunt where they put the birds out in pairs in a field they manage for cover with paths cut through it. Sounded like he stays pretty busy.
Thanks for the other recommendations thrown out in the thread!
