When we had the space and time have processed deer and elk from the field to the table but not able to do that anymore. As for gutting/field dressing, have done more than I can remember. The processer we use is less than 10 minutes from or lease and for only $5.00 more he does the gutting. Most of the time his team has the deer gutted and skinned before I wash the blood out of my truck.
