I have never owned a vacuum sealer. I would like one. But butcher paper has served me well. It’s real cheap too. A chamber vacuum sealer is a whole new world. Previously, I always used the best freezer paper made (I once worked in a paper converting plant), but most of what I do from now on will be in heavy vac bags.
