Imho and experiences ADEM is worthless. They only provide the facade of protecting the public. If you want to protect your local natural resources, you better be active in making your voice heard. Even then, Adem like a lot of montgomery, is swayed by lobbyist interests, and as stated above don't follow their own laws.
