Looking to buy a Polaris ranger ev for my dad. Preferably in running condition with good batteries but would consider one not running due to batteries but the price should reflect that. I’m located in the south end of the state but can travel.

You won’t regret it. They are awesome. Find you one that’s needs batteries and do a lithium conversion. Best thing I ever did!

Was finally able to look at one and my dad decided against getting one for his needs on how he would use it. Rather just keep using his truck and he also has a Ranger 900. He doesn’t go much anymore just looking at options for making it easier on him.

I’d like to find an older model that doesn’t have the dang parking brake in the middle of the bench seat.

That would be a 2010 or 2011. I think that was the only two years the parking brake was on the dash

We have a 2013 with the brake on the dash, to the right of the steering wheel.

I have a 2022 model currently in the shop. It had been great up until now. Think motor sensor needs to be replaced. Plan on doing lithium conversion after hunting season.

I thought they came with lithium batteries on these later models? I’ve been thinking of getting one, but wonder about all the deep, wet mud holes I sometimes deal with, vs the Polaris waterproofing?

I have a 2014 BBB that is worn out I did put a lithium battery in it which was well worth it, the problem is there are not a lot of options when it comes to a stronger frame higher weight rating 4x4 golf cart style vehicle. The Polaris Kinetic looks good but a bit pricy
