Yep.....its all about the number of small parcels in any given area......That's why you see a lot of the northern counties being heavily impacted.....Even in some of the better counties they've likely taken big hits around any urban areas......places like around Tuskegee and Union Springs for example

There can be no doubt, the state with the most outlaws per capita is Mississippi. Ask any game warden you meet on an out of state hunt.

3 buck limit is ok in my book. Heck, some years I might would want to take a spike or abnormal antler deer. Of course I haven't harvested a spike in over 10 years and a lot of years I won't even take a buck. So, I have let a lot of seed go. Folks need to realize it usually may take letting the spike or unusual antlered deer go to to get an 8-10pt. Also, some years antlers just grow better than others, so let some go for seed. Most importantly, it takes a doe to get a buck!
