My issue is with the shitty AA or AAa batteries now days
They’ve ruined several lights and one electric safe I had.
That's the truth....DO NOT, under any circumstances, leave batteries in one for a few months, during the offseason, etc. If it isn't being used regularly, just take them out. I almost ruined my favorite Black Diamond headlamp due to corroding batteries. Fortunately I caught it early, got them out, and was able to clean the contacts with vinegar and a tiny piece of sandpaper. But, much longer and it would've been trashed
