Yep.....it obviously has nothing to do with you hunting the best land. rofl
CNC, I’ve always killed deer regardless of where I hunted. Small properties, large properties, managed, not managed. There’s a lot of pressure around most everything I hunt. I don’t have a Utopia like you think. Is it good? Yeah I’d say above average. It’s taken a whole heck of a lot of work, sweat, money and effort. It certainly ain’t free.

Regardless, we still deal with the same things everybody else does. Poaching, road hunting, ppl killing bucks we let walk every year (which is fine). I don’t get upset about it. It’s life.

Your comments and perceptions come across as really bias…..For example, ^^^^^ its as if everyone else just isnt killing deer because they arent the same caliber of hunter and nothing to do with the fact that most everyone else is hunting a fraction of the quality……Its like you’re standing on a hill speaking down to the rest of the crowd with no clue you’re standing on a hill…..Its the same thing that folks didn’t like Chuck for doing…….Being surrounded by the top 5-10% Alabama has to offer and speaking down to everyone else as if we’re all playing the game on the same footing……Meanwhile at least 2/3’s of the counties are in decline
Ok Harold.

What I said has nothing to do with the quality of what ppl have to hunt. It has to do with the fact most hunters keep doing the same things repeatedly expecting different results. The same ppl kill deer in good years and bad. They adapt. They change. They figure it out. Quality don’t matter. Public vs private don’t matter. They get it done. The only hill I’m standing on is this one “Stop doing the same thing and complaining about the same results. Do something different.”
