Matter of fact, so is adding another “rule” or “law” when they can’t or don’t enforce the ones already on the books.
If you think using real time electronic information to aid in the take of a game animal is communist then we have two completely different views on conservation and ethics. There’s nothing communists about that. At some point you have to realize that hunting is hunting. Humans already have the advantage and how far do we take it before we realize it’s not best for the promotion of the sport?
