All I have ever had is vangard type propane heaters run to a 250 gallon tank outisde. They keep it warm and have thermostats to cut on and off. I hate heatpumps and just run staright ac on my central air. I have one 3 brick empire in my office and installed three but the on keeps it heated.
No venting required for those. I have been using the Vanguard type ventless heaters with an outside 250 gallon propane tank for at least 40 years without any problems. I have a 5 brick in my house that is only for emergency use when the power is out, but I have a 3 brick and 2 brick at the farm. The cabin at the farm is only 600 sq ft, but it isn't a mobile home. I don't know why, but I think there are restrictions on their use in a mobile home.
All the labor of man is for his mouth, and yet the appetite is not filled.
