Ventless to outside using regular pipe or metal line. Seen this type setup in link below being used for over 20 years. They did add a 3 panel to hall that would heat back of house in mild winter. Before same folks used old brick heaters and had no issues. Just remember if you smell rotten egg smell to cut off and open all windows, find leak, repair, and air out before starting again.
