If you dont have access to a chrono, dont bother sending in for the turret. the elevation has such a small impact on ballistics at any reasonable hunting distances. Velocity has a huge impact though, either beg, borrow or rent a chrono or it truly wont be worth it. there are units used on ebay for under $100 (I think a new caldwell might even be under $100)

Ok got the chronograph and since it was 60 up here today got to shoot. Bullets were 2998the box had fps 2960. Is that normal difference
