CEO does just fine. Wonder if the rest get paid this good David Ricks, CEO of Eli Lilly, had a total compensation of approximately $29.2 million in 2024. His 2024 compensation included a base salary of about $1.7 million, a cash bonus of around $5.7 million, and nearly $19.7 million in stock awards. This was a 10% increase from his 2023 compensation of $26.6 million.

Looks like all that farmland around Madison is a goner It's been gone, the traffic is absurd in Huntsville now days. I recall back in the mid 80s nothing but farmlands for as far as one could see along county line road. We started Rolling Meadows subdivision and was the first one around. We were in limestone but Madison inspected the builds so the kids could go to Madison school system. Several years of looking I finally found it. Know a few that still lives there. There’s still farms around but they are few and far between. That was some really good farmland soil too.

Probably the one on Mooresmill Rd. Big ole empty complex of a place that’s been sitting there empty for about 10 years now it seems.

It's been sold but I can't recall what company bought that property. I can't imagine how much the fence around that place cost.

Investment like this has a giant ripple effect on the local economy. Yes, it brings more congestion, but things like this, the Arsenal with the FBI and Space Force moving in and other industries help to recession proof the local economy. And having local governments that work together makes North Alabama very attractive.
Being in the construction business, I'm all smiles about this....
