There’s one in the middle of a neighborhood over here in Columbus (not too far from the Columbus Speedway). Strangest location I’ve seen yet. You don’t save as much in the store, but you sure save on the “commute” around here anyway. Its not a secret. DG uses population density, local economic data, and traffic flow patterns to select their store locations. If there is a spot in the middle of what seems like nowhere but it hits their metric number those three categories they will put a store there. That is why you see a DG at a random county road intersection with a full parking lot of customers.
