Meanwhile back at the ranch……..Game Check is sampling tens of thousands of hunters across the state……I’ll update the numbers tomorrow.  Gamecheck is not sampling hunters, it's registering kills that are reported. It is in no way, shape, or form telling you what those hunters are or are not seeing in the woods. It has no way of knowing what hunters who haven't reported a kill are seeing as well. I will keep on saying it.....there is no way of determining an accurate population of deer based strictly on how many are killed. There are too many other variables at play.
