Not sure about newer models, but the older ones could be adjusted in the machine menu. The Dr that proxied the clinic told me I could probably do better on 14 or 14.5, instead of 13.5 that the sleep lab tech set it on (according to the test numbers). I figured out, easily, how to change it and the Dr was right. DON’T go overboard if you try this! It will be a sinus inflammation you won’t forget and risk blowing them out. Took me a few nights titrating up an increment a night, until I knew it was too much and backed off an increment
