If you do, see my post in the original thread with the added **NOTE section. He can petition the image hosting company to remove the image from their website, but he cannot come after you legally for Copyright infringement if you are commenting about or critiquing his photos that he posts to the internet. You are protected under Title 17 of the United States Code when you do so and his cliam of Copyright infringement will not stand.
