I introduced the National Constitutional Carry Act because no one should have to beg the government to exercise a constitutionally protected right anywhere in the country. Twenty-nine states already acknowledge this reality; let’s make it fifty.

I'm guessing a LOT of law enforcement folks don't like it....I don't personally know a ton of "anti-2A" people, but most of the ones I do know are LEO's. And every single one of them carries even when off-duty, but they think the "regular citizen's" rights to own/carry firearms should be significantly limited.

Rules for thee, not for me
I don't always carry with me. I have one not too far away though, but understand that a LEO deals with idiots with guns everyday. They've seen the worst of the worst. Simply put, some people do not need to carry guns for the safety of us all. You don't see that like I and the rest of LE did/does and be happy you don't. As for the thee part, LEOs train, study and prove their proficiency with firearms at least once if not more times per year? Are you willing and able to do this? Now if everybody that carries does this, I'd be all for it.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
