A national standard would be nice. You shouldn't have to have a law degree just because you crossed state lines.
It should just be the 2nd Amendment but politicians dont like that.

You kinda lose certain rights as a convicted felon. There’s a process depending on conviction if one can get the right back.
Good job! When someone tells me the Constitution guarantees everyone the Right to Carry, I always ask them if they mean to include Felons in that mix? That kind of stumps them. Some say "Yes, that means everyone." While I disagree with them, I'm OK with them being straightforward and honest. If they hold out for carrying to be legal for everyone, including Felons, it'll never happen.
