Not sure about newer models, but the older ones could be adjusted in the machine menu. The Dr that proxied the clinic told me I could probably do better on 14 or 14.5, instead of 13.5 that the sleep lab tech set it on (according to the test numbers). I figured out, easily, how to change it and the Dr was right. DON’T go overboard if you try this! It will be a sinus inflammation you won’t forget and risk blowing them out. Took me a few nights titrating up an increment a night, until I knew it was too much and backed off an increment

experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

So, sleep apnea tests are pretty much the same. But it becomes uncomfortable when you can't sleep and decide to rub one out. Everything gets so uncomfortable then. I don't get it.

Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

I've got a CPAP but every time I use it, I am dog tired the next day. I get my normal 6-7 hrs sleep but I can't keep my open the next day. Anyone else experience this?

I wear a CPAP nasal mask every night. I have never experienced what you are describing as being really tired the next day. I would discuss symptoms with sleep doctor and hopefully they can help you figure out to help you get better sleep and have more energy.
