I would rather the schools be seperate! NIL or schollys should hav there on league! Here is an example - say every sec school could do nil - but bama - hey that's fair right?

Amd we will not hav 8 d1 guys in 6-8 years - like every other public school we play. Some of our coaches played college ball - some of our volunteer coaches did to (they hav a clue about sports) they all say the private school thing is stupid (bettr resources which is huge unfair advantage) but rich private schools are happy

I grew up in a small town close to your area... and you're correct. Even with a desire to do better, you can't get blood from a turnip. I remember playing Thomasville back in the 80's... the years when they made deep runs in the playoffs and their games against Sweet Water were war. Our issue isn't so much that we don't have any resources, it's the fact that local school boards tie your hands. IMO, this is a bigger issue with the smaller schools because like Thomasville, so many smaller ones just don't have resources that larger schools often have. I think a separate "open" classification would be good idea.
