To beat a dead horse, the only thing the PRCs give you is ability to shoot heavy for caliber high BC bullets because the barrels have appropriate twist rates. Yeah they’re cool, but I’d take a 7mm Rem Mag over any caliber PRC any day. At ranges most people hunt with in Alabama, the difference between a 260, 6.5 Creed, 6.5x55, 264 Win Mag, etc isn’t likely to matter. I tend to shoot bullets on the lighter end of the caliber spectrum, but to each their own. Get what you like and shoot it til your good with it and trust it, that’s the important part.
