Yup. Our duck club transitioned back to deer when ducks dried up in our area. Large, somewhat unmolested bucks in the most unexpected places!
I’d much prefer to be cutting up in the blind until birds show up, than sitting on the side of a tree with snot running down my face in +/-freezing, trying to be as still as the tree for hours on end….
