Well this is interesting. A SCOTUS judge just got revoked with this order, or maybe not? Pr-Emptive Pardon's revoked, Psychotic immigration schemes, and other things revoked, DEI measures revoked, etc... I honestly doubt that anybody will get prosecuted and I doubt they will remove the SCOTUS judge or the other liberal judges because that kind of thing would shatter the unspoken rules of the political class. https://x.com/nicksortor/status/1994492106409230690🚨 BREAKING: President Trump just declared ANY document signed by Joe Biden’s autopen — which includes **92%** of docs bearing Biden’s signature — are hereby TERMINATED
Something big is coming đź‘€
This includes executive orders AND could also include commissions for DEI judges, among other things.

It's 100% what SHOULD happen. I'd buy stock in screen doors for submarines before I'd make a wager on it coming to fruition.

A federal judge will rule it unconstitutional before the week is out.

It would be great and restore faith in the American government. Start revoking and prosecuting people.

I imagine those orders will have to be challenged on a case by case basis to prove they were invalid; and obviously a lot or most were. There has to be a a paper(digital) trail of approvals by Biden on record for the autopen to be used. There is a set protocol that is to be followed. I really don't see how Trump can just say he "believes" they are all invalid and cancel them? Even if his belief is well founded.

I'd imagine his folk have already done the vetting on each and every one. They didn't start looking at them today. I could be wrong and it wouldn't be the first time.

No doubt; and there have been Congressional interviews of the Biden staff.

I would imagine there will be court cases. Itll be proven bidun knew very little about anything he supposedly signed and nothing will come of it. We are pretty much being told every day that everything patriotic we ever believed in means nothing. Our system is corrupt. Those leading our country are our greatest enemy. Its us vs them and it always has been. Weve been sold a bill of goods that dont exist.

From what I understand, they’ve got to have a paper trail with an ink signature to prevent someone on the staff from signing something without the president’s approval. Oddly enough, there is an ink signature on Hunter’s pardon. No papertrail makes them invalid if challenged.
