Well to be fair, your saying that you think it’s at 60% is not information. It’s just your opinion. This in a nutshell shell is what I have an issue with. If you listen to biologists when they discuss wildlife management, they usually form conclusions based on facts. And if it’s not based on facts, they preface it by saying this is my opinion. Your “information” is filled with words like “likely”. And when someone doesn’t agree with your opinion, you say they have an agenda and are refusing to see the “information”. The truth is it’s not always information, and if it is information, it could mean a ton of different things.

Just like above, you are ignoring the fact that the compliance rate affects the percentages. If the compliance rate goes down or up, the percentage rate change could be skewed. Especially if it is less than 1-2%. The fact is that your experiment isn’t controlled enough to get proof that your opinion is correct. It could be correct, but it could also very easily be incorrect.
