For the first time in forever I got burned by planting feed wheat. Almost zero germination but it was a risk I took and oh well...... I would pay the little extra for seed wheat and throw it out heavy with some N or triple 13.
Side note---I guess demand had fallen by the time I got my seed wheat this year but it was cheaper than the feed wheat last year. Maybe just a grain market thing. Yeah , you could be right . I have had good luck with it but I ain't planted this late much . He reads this your advice is better . I had a spot just like he has I always waited till after the leaves fell or about this time in elmore county
