I would recommend buying a feeder. Planting a food plot that won’t get much sunlight is tough. It’s not going to grow much at all. How big are you talking about? I would want to just make a small plot about 35-40 meters squared. Just want a small green patch to have over the winter if possible. If you dont plant it you sure won't.,,,,,,, Plant it . Be up in about 7 to 10 day or sooner . Throw a little nitrogen on it when you get back
