Management friendly regs would eliminate baiting, restrict the February extension to the south quarter of the state, add an enforceable tag system, and probably reduce buck limits by at least one.
This is about the reality of it.....If you keep baiting, which is likely a given, then you'd likely have to go to an enforced two buck limit to see change
